⏱️ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time includes:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Chinese New Year), processing times may be extended by 1-2 days.

How to Track Your Order:
Method 1: Track Your Order Page
Visit our Track Your Order page (available in the Home page or footer menu).
You can track your order using either:
- Option 1: Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used when placing the order
- Option 2: Enter your Tracking Number (provided in your shipping confirmation email)
Method 2: Shipping Confirmation Email
Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It contains:
- Your tracking number
- Carrier information
- Direct link to track your package
Method 3: My Account
Log in to your account and view your order history to access tracking information for all your orders.
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

- We do not add VAT, sales tax, or other local taxes to your order

- You (the customer) are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control
- Customs fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery
⚠️ Important: If you refuse to pay customs fees or duties, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund as return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
For drop-shipping customers: Please inform your end customers about potential customs fees when receiving goods from international couriers.

Undelivered or Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
- Customs refusal
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and tracking information
- For damaged items, include photos of the damage and packaging
- We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Carrier delays or strikes
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Public holidays in destination country
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
📝 Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate:
- Include recipient's full name
- Provide complete street address (no P.O. boxes for express shipping)
- Include apartment/unit number if applicable
- Provide correct city, state/province, and postal/ZIP code
- Include phone number for carrier contact
Important: We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@buckyballsshop.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.

If you need to modify or cancel your order:

- Modifications or cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified
